Administers and monitors the Child and Adult Care Food Program CACFP), in accordance with United States Department of Agriculture USDA), State of Georgia Day Care Homes OCH) and Air Force regulations and guidelines. Responsible for reviewing records to ensure completeness, accuracy and adequate retention; verifying child enrollment and attendance; verifying appropriate health, safety and sanitation conditions of home; observing credible meal services; conducting Meal Count Reconciliation of all approved meal types for all children in care:
implementing corrective action when necessary. Reviews menus, meal attendance records, sign in/out sheets, child enrollment forms and income eligibility forms. Receives and validates monthly claim data; collects documentation, calculates claims for reimbursement, verifies program reimbursement, and forwards reports to state agencies meeting strict deadlines. Prepares and maintains detailed fiscal/ budget records in order to meet strict requirements of the State Audit Section. Responsible for reimbursement check requests for individual providers. Plans and conducts all nutritional training for the program and provides nutritional activities during quarterly home visits; reporting progress and or problems to the FCC Coordinator. Explains record keeping and other requirement to FCC providers, assists with menu planning, and provides reference and educational materials. Conducts on-going in-service training to include developing training aids and home visits to ensure program compliance. Maintains accurate CACFP records and prepares carious reports in accordance with state (Office of School Readiness) USDA requirements. Updates enrollment rosters and CACFP files monthly. Experience:
Applicant must have experience in responsible clerical or office work in which the applicant has demonstrated the ability to preform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position. Must have skill in operating current automation system and software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel). Must be-able to type 40 wpm. Must have experience which demonstrated arithmetic aptitude and ability, accuracy and attention to detail. Position is a position of trust. Must be able lo read, write and speak English.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
