Jeff Smith has been in the automotive business for over 25 years. He started out as a sales person himself and worked his way up to General Manager before opening his own dealership. Therefore he is a strong advocate of promoting within the company and giving employees the opportunity to grow and learn. He owns 4 different locations with 8 franchises.
During your first 4-8 weeks in our Management Training Program you will be exposed to various departments, after which you will enter our sales force as a factory-certified sales associate. As a Management Trainee in sales you will receive ongoing training and support from top-level management and the best pay plan in Middle-Georgia with annual income potential from $50,000-$75,000. As a sales professional, Management Trainees are expected to build client relationships while learning each facet of the business with a strong commitment to sales growth and customer service.
After demonstrating proficiency in the retail portion, Management Trainee's will receive finance training and move into our finance department with income potential exceeding $100,000 within 24 months.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
