Summary:
Develops, executes, and maintains a quality system that drives continuous improvement in product and process quality. Develop and implement process enhancements to improve new and existing products in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Manage our quality system to achieve compliance to ISO 9001 quality standards and continuously improving product and process quality. Oversee corrective action system to ensure true root cause analysis and problem resolution in a timely manner.
Implement continuous improvement and lean methodologies to reduce waste in all aspects of the operation.
Serve as primary point of contact for Cascade Service and OEM account managers questions regarding our products or quality concerns.
Assist with product development and problem-solving. Understand and adhere to all Corporate and regulatory requirements.
Promote and provide a safe work environment.
As part of continuous improvement program, develop new processes and tooling for both existing and new products and manage capital projects.
Required Skills and
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline required. Five or more years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably with a metal working and welding operations. 5-10 years experience with Lean manufacturing, or TPS highly preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for quality, process control, and continuous improvement. Able to work with local management team as well as within Cascade's global environment. Excellent communication skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
