Our firm is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist.
Hours are 8:
30am to 5:
30 pmMust have good organizational and basic office skills and be able to use software such as Microsoft Office (Word/ Excell/ Outlook), as well as operate a multi-line switchboard.
Other responsibilities will include, getting information from potential new clients, some data entry and filing and assisting the partners with varies administrative tasks.
