We are hiring independent maintenance technicians.
Once hired, technicians will be contacted only when there is a work order near their location.
This streamlined approach ensures efficient response times and optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough property inspections to identify maintenance issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to Plumbing, Electrical Systems, HVAC, and General Repairs.
Document findings during inspections by taking clear photographs of the site and the specific issues.
Provide a detailed budget estimate for necessary repairs or replacements.
Offer clear instructions on how to resolve the identified issues effectively.
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation.
Licensed technicians will have priority and may receive additional job opportunities and competitive compensation.
