Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Enter orders accurately into the POS system - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Assist maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints - Prep menu ingredients - Set up/break down stations - Cook all menu items to the appropriate standards - Consistently know and comply with cooking methods, portion sizes, quality standards, and kitchen safety policies and procedures - Maintain a clean and sanitary work station including grills, fryers, and refrigeration equipment Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions - Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
