Account Auditor - Part time

Auditors will visit accounts on behalf of the Certified Business Owners and report back with their findings.
The focus of the auditor should be on visiting customer accounts, taking accurate notes on what they see, attaining customer feedback, and reporting back to the Jan-Pro Central GA Regional Office.
The auditor is detail oriented and looks for issues to report to the Certified Business Owners so they can fix problems before their customer may notice.
At all times, the auditors should keep in mind what is in the best interest of the Certified Business Owners.
Duties 1) Routine audits accounts 2) Report and input findings in JAN-PRO system 3) Notify Certified Business Owners that an audit was completed at their account.
4) Accurately enter data for each audit 5) Solicit positive reviews, references, and referral sales appointments from happy customers.
6) Recommend and sell special services as needed.
7) Recommend supply services as needed.
8) Assist in other responsibilities as needed.
9) Provide backup operational support as needed.
10) Uphold the Regional Office's Brand Standards and Procedures 11) Other Duties as assigned including cross training in other departments.
12) Part time role with an estimated 20 hours per week.
The days and times will be determined based upon the candidates availability.
Required 1) Positive Attitude 2) High School Diploma 3) Previous customer service experience recommended.
