Contact with us to talk about your future! As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
You will also charge and collect for all work performed, per company policy and procedures,?by completing paperwork daily, recording all hours and materials used on each invoice.
These tasks mainly include sewer and drain cleaning and working with automatic faucets and flush valves.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose customers plumbing issues Work with customers to determine the best solution for them Repair and/or replacing plumbing, drains, and fixtures Charge and collect payments for work performed Document and log job in ServiceTitan (including pictures and description of work performed) Maintain service vehicle and present cleanly appearance
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU NEED:
1
year experience as a service plumber or plumbing apprentice Valid US Drivers License with a satisfactory driving record? Must pass a motor vehicle, background check and drug screenCore Competencies:
Technically Proficient; Capable of identifying and solving majority of customer problems autonomously Problem solver; ability to critically analyze and solve difficult plumbing challenges Customer oriented; works well with customers Lifelong learner; open to learning new techniques as a service technician and working with new plumbing technologies Recommended Skills Continuous Training Plumbing Problem Solving Procurement Management Service Orientation Valves (Piping) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
