Insight Global is seeking an IT Specialist for a client who provides full lifecycle system support on Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA.
This candidate is going to be maintaining network compliance on all desktops and laptops on NIPRNET.
TCNO (Time Compliance Network Order) patches/updates are pushed by the base to desktops and laptops; resolve unsuccessful updates manually.
The candidate will manage all FMS organizational distribution list and security groups, and their respective memberships.
They will assist the government inventory manager in maintaining network database and software database.
Ticket management is handled thru ITSM/BMC Remedy help desk software maintained by Robins AFB.
Work with UCSO (Unit Communications Systems Officer) to maintain software licenses for commercial of-the-shelf (COTS) software.
Provide installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of COTS and government software (GOTS) applications (i.
e.
, ACPINS, SATODS, DSAMS, etc.
).
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops and network components for both hardware and software problems.
Assist Information Security Officer with Classified Message Incident (CMI) cleanup when it occurs in our branch.
Prior experience working onsite supporting Air Force networks MS Outlook profile management and troubleshooting strategies Windows profile management and troubleshooting strategies OneDrive development and management SharePoint (Administrative Management)SQL Database relationships3-5 years of computer troubleshooting skillsAssociates Degree or higher in an IT-related fieldSecret ClearanceCompTIA Security+Excellent understanding of:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
