Hotel General Manager
Our Client is looking for a Hotel General Manager for a contract to perm role in Warner Robins, GA.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Prefer Hilton/Hampton or similar certification A minimum of 3 years experience as a GM in the hospitality industry.
Must have a strong financial background, sound administrative skills, well developed management skills, and have demonstrated ability to effectively lead.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Responsibilities The General Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving Client profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the Client.
Play a pivotal role in Client sales efforts, including calling on top ten accounts, meeting clients, hosting luncheons and receptions, and meeting with on-site contacts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
