Responsibilities Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the clinical plan for the department.
Review all staff schedules and make necessary adjustments to compensate for shifts or other work schedules.
Assist in developing and implementing staff schedules as needed.
Assist in monitoring performance and determine performance reviews with staff.
Establish and maintain a safe environment for our patients and therapist.
Provide support and assistance to staff in any areas of life transition as it relates to treatment.
Maintain department records including but not limited to medical records, employment records, admissions discharge records, and user accounts accounts.
Participate in community activities, services, support groups, etc.
, as it relates to the functions of the facility.
Audit charts Provide Direct Clinical Supervision Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Experience working with chemical dependency or mental health populations preferred.
Experience with computer programs/systems, including but not limited to Microsoft office/outlook products Ability to understand medical terminology.
